Cancellation Policies

Our online booking system requires agreement to the conditions outlined below:

1. Inclement Weather / Acts of God / Terrorism (This includes illness/death in family):
The standard booking/processing fee will be retained and applied toward a rescheduled or future event.
Any other advance payments will be refunded in full.

2. AmaDazzle cancels event for any reason other than above:
Any advance payments will be refunded in full. Depending on circumstances,
future discounts and/or additional uncharged services *may* be offered.

3. Customer Cancels earlier than 7 days prior to event:
Any advance payments will be refunded in full.

4. Customer Cancels within 7 days of event, but before 48 hours: -
25% of the event total will be due. Any advance payments will be retained
up to 25% of event total. If paid in full, 75% of the event total will be refunded.

5. Customer Cancels within 48 hours of event, but before the day of the event: -
50% of the event total will be due. Any advance payments will be retained
up to 50% of event total. If paid in full, 50% of the event total will be refunded.

6. Customer Cancels the day of event: -
100% of the event total will be due. Your artist(s) will have reserved
the date and time of your event, turning away other possible
income for that time frame. It is unfair to the artists to cancel last minute
without compensation for their exclusive commitment to you.
