Tina
Tina began as a classically trained violinist and has performed in many orchestras all over Texas, New Mexico and in the New England area. She has also played with many country bands (playing fiddle, mandolin and guitar) touring all over the United States and Europe. Some of the artists she's had the priviledge working with are Natalie Maines (of the Dixie Chicks), Ray Price (CMA Hall of Famer), Johnny Bush, Noel Haggard, Stephanie Bentley (co-writer of the song "Breathe" recorded by Faith Hill), Andy Wilkinson, the Texas Belaires, Mark McKinney and many other notable singer/songwriter/musicians.
Tina currently performs with her own group, the Turner & Chestnut Band, and also teaches violin/fiddle, mandolin, viola, ukelele, voice, beginning guitar and beginning piano in Austin, TX.
